The Farm at Montesino Ranch – A Sanctuary of Nature and Wildlife
Spanning 225 acres, Montesino Ranch offers a captivating blend of open valley and rugged mountain terrain. Approximately 60 acres of the ranch are nestled within the peaceful valley, while the remaining 165 acres are comprised of the wild, untamed landscape of Montesino Mountain, with its scenic canyons and towering peaks. This diverse environment is home to a thriving array of native wildlife, with three refreshing watering ponds that provide year-round hydration for the animals who call the ranch home.
In the fertile valley, our miniature Hereford cattle roam freely, grazing on the abundant native grasses that blanket the land. Alongside them, five majestic horses graze and explore, creating a harmonious and serene atmosphere. We take great pride in ensuring that all our animals live a stress-free, natural life, enjoying the wide-open spaces and the freedom to roam at their own pace.

Here is a tentative list of what is available: Peas, Beans, Tomatoes, Cucumbers, Onions, Radish, Turnips, Beets, Carrots, Okra, Potatoes, Greens, Broccoli, Cauliflower, Peppers, Lettuce mixes, Spinach, Kale, Chard, Mustards and Eggplant.
Add on items include: Farm Fresh Eggs from our Organic free range Chickens, Strawberries, Peaches, Blackberries and Figs
Grass-Fed Organic Beef
Our Grass-Fed organic beef comes from our heritage Hereford cattle herd, which are free to roam around the ranch grazing on native grasses. Our Herefords are excellent examples of the breed. Blending heritage bloodlines from Texas and Canada our stock has been refined over the last ten years.
