Nestled under 100-year-old oak trees and overlooking the patchwork of our nine-acre farm, modern and comfortable accommodations await your dream vacation. Hugging the banks of the Blanco River with private access to an amazing swimming hole. The Farm sits in a beautiful Hill Country valley, below its own Montesino Mountain, where you can enjoy miles of hiking, biking and exploring on 225 acres.

Farm House
Inside the Farm House you will enjoy 2 bedrooms, with a queen and king size beds, brand new kitchen equipped with all the necessities, brand new full private bathroom, 2 porches outside the front and back door overlooking the farm and garden. With an additional private sitting porch off of the master bedroom. You have a private fenced in yard with a bbq grill, picnic table and a fire circle to light your evening adventure.

Studios
The Studios offer a cozy queen bed and twin sleeper, a custom kitchen equipped with necessities, a private bathroom and relaxing shower.

Lee House
Our 1900’s Lee House is our biggest accommodation on the ranch. The Lee House has two bedrooms with king bed, queen bed and a queen size pull out sofa in the living room, a kitchen equipped with all the necessities, a private bathroom. You have a private fenced in yard with a bbq grill, picnic table and a fire circle to light your evening adventure. The Lee House overlooks our organic farm on one side and big open space pastures that have our cows and horses amongst them.

Stable Apartment
Our gorgeous Stable Apartment has its own high perch that commands distant views over the farm and to the hills beyond. Our most contemporary structure, the interior is a masterful example of how a small space can feel so open and beautiful. The colors will delight you. Sleeps 2 adults and 2 children. Available only for events at Montesino.
