Unlimited access to the Ranch for consultations and photo shoots

    • Accommodations are available for your family and friends on the Ranch
    • Over 35 accommodations for your extra guests are available within 2 miles of the Ranch (map provided upon request)
    • $4000.00 payment due at time of booking/ $1000 damage deposit required on Friday before wedding
    • $10.00 per additional guest over 150
    • TABC licensed bartenders required (per 75 guest)/all alcohol must be served by a TABC licensed bartender and exclusively provided by Lessee, events end by 11:00 p.m. including Rehearsal Dinner
    • Independent Liability Insurance required
    • No Smoking on Premises
    • Designated Wedding Coordinator or Day of required (believe us you’ll be thankful!)
    • $400 transportation credit
    • Security officer required
    • $100 credit for use of real tableware or compostable plates and cups
    • Set up and break down responsibility of Lessee
    • No plastic water bottles (Ranch well water is tested, cleaner than any bottled water
